As Alexander has discovered how to travel about the room through his own rolling/crawling/scooting mode of transportation he seems to discover new and exciting places everyday. It is so fun to watch him discover places and explore the world around him. Last week as I was changing him he started to roll around his room and discovered that the space under his crib makes for one cool fort. It was quite a challenge to get him out, as evident by the "attack" that Eric suffered in attempt to retrieve him. It is still so surprising to me how some of this "boy" stuff like forts, wrestling and climbing just comes so naturally to him.

Oh my goodness, this little guy is just too cute..I love the legs hanging out from under the crib, how adorable...can't wait to celebrate one year! He is one blessed little boy!
those pictures! sarah, they are adorable...he is adorable! it's so fun getting caught up every now and then. we're coming out the first week of aug- maybe we can see you? i always wish we could have time together, but now i'm DYING to meet alexander! i hope you're all well.
